    Persistent harassers are relentless. If they are determined to reach you, a simple tap of the 'Block' button on your smartphone will only offer a temporary reprieve. They will borrow phones, use apps to generate new numbers, or hide behind 'No Caller ID'. You need a smarter, more robust strategy.

    The Flaws of Traditional Blocking

    Traditional blocking is a cat-and-mouse game. It relies on you knowing the number after you've already been harassed by it. Furthermore, it completely fails against restricted or hidden caller IDs.

    The Smart Strategy: Identify and Blacklist

    To truly stop a persistent harasser, you must move from reactive blocking to proactive blacklisting based on concrete identification.

    1. Do Not Engage: Any response, even an angry one, feeds the harasser.
    2. Document Everything: Keep a log of call times and any voicemails, even if the number is hidden.
